Snow piled up everywhere along the riverbanks of the River Adur estuary in Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex, England. This little cabin cruiser lay perched across the very edge of the high water mark, right across the snow line.

hai scelto un ottimo POV per mostrare questa scena in un perfetto contrasto tra cielo e terra.
Buona la resa della nave protagonista al centro della scena,

I'm glad that I clicked on the thumbnail as it looks so much better larger. Love the small of gold as the glimpse of sun through the cloud is reflected on the water.Ideally I would like to have the boat slightly more off centre but that's a nitpick.Love the atmosphere.

Snowlines near highwater marks...I've never witnessed anything like it, but it makes for fascinating viewing. A big contrast between sunny Greece and wintry UK, great variety. The light here, particularly in the FG is ethereal, the image luminous. As my only constructive criticism, I probably would have tried to selectively increase the brightness on the boat itself as it gets a bit lost in the grey. Tfs and I wish you a great day.

I like the open space in the picture. This with the great compostion makes the picture nice calmness.
The well-chosen/great position creates a nice depth and the great exposure creates a beautiful balance of light(and that creates a lots of details and make the colors beautiful).
The reflection/mirror in the water is a delicious sorbet after a delicious dinner.
Friendly regards and have a nice weekend,

I thought at first that this little boat was wrecked, but now see its just trapped. The snowy coldness of this view is offset perfectly by the warm golden light of the sun trying to break through, and what a bonus to capture a scene like this with a great reflection. A beautiful solemn winter view.
