Photographer's Note
Light in the cloisters at Lancing College Chapel. The college sits proudly on a South Downs hill overlooking the River Adur in West Sussex, England. The chapel foundations were laid in 1868 and it was dedicated to St Mary and St Nicolas in 1911. The chapel is the largest school chapel in the world.

Hello Brian,
Great sharpness and depth of view, you chose a good angle to take your photo... I especially like how the light passes through the stained-glass windows, and colored reflections on the paved ground. Congratulations !
I wish you a happy new year !

Wonderful use of the available light, Brian, with rich colors and a great low POV. Impressive to keep this much detail without allowing the shot to be washed out in the windows - really lovely work.

Hi Brian,
beautiful photo.
I like the well balanced exposition here which was not easy due to the deep shades. The architectural details of the cloister are very impressive. You captured it from a nice angle. Very nicely enhanced details.
Excellent work,
M

Good Morning Brian,
Fine composition and repeating features draw the eye rapidly to the strongly positioned doorway.
I love the the contrasts of light and shadow as they manifest themselves on the floor.
Have a lovely Sunday,
Bev :-)
