Let's continue on my challenge about Coventry.
Coventry is not only a city of lovely medieval houses. It is mainly known for its deprived areas and my presentation of this city wouldn't have been complete without a picture of the sad part of the city.

Hey Estelle,

A very nice photo. Urban and colorful. The latter are nicely saturated, the central motive is very strong, and the shadows/light contrasts create a nice ambiance. Swell job.

En tout cas ca mmontre qu'a Coventry on n'a pas peur d'une certaine audace quand il faut associer les couleurs... Pour ce qui est du style des batiments par contre... joker ;-)

Interesting idea to show "the other side", which is often more real than the images that are usually presented as 'typical'. This one has it all the primary paint, the wooden panels and of course...Mr Porky! Only the sky seems un-English...

Bonjour Estelle,
Belle photo-reportage. Tu sais varier les angles de vue, sociologiquement parlant, et c'est très intéressant.
La photo elle même est bien réussie; les couleurs sont belles. L'édifice est un peu coupé court sur le haut; une vue en mode portrait avec plus de ciel aurait été intéressante.
