Photographer’s Note

I’m continuing my challenge I started yesterday.
This is the Old Blue Coat School, which could look like a church or a castle. It is believed to have been founded in 1714 as a charity school for girls who spent their last two years being trained in the rigours of domestic service.
Yesterday, I showed you the old Cathedral in ruins and the new, modern Cathedral.
Well, there’s actually a third cathedral, the ruins being the stones you can see on the foreground of this picture, dating from 1850s. And the white and black building on the left used to be the tourist information until 2007.
