Good Morning Michael,
I was just viewing your previous shot and noting, with interest, the comments, when the site went down. On reloading, I find this delightful shot on screen. It takes an artist's eye to spot the possibilities for a shot amidst everything else in a city centre. I like the big, bold design, the details of the textures, the very careful, diagonal composition and the fine sense of perspective.
Have a good day,
Bev :-)
With regard to your previous shot, Michael, I wish you well in trying to perfect HDR. Certainly Craig will help and can be quite inspirational.

Hi Michael
a wonderful abstract/minimalist image that has fascinating textures, shapes and light. The shadows and depth created by the diagonal composition is inspired and I love it! Magical stuff!
Regards - Brian.

Hi Michael
now see THIS is photography.
this is a style of photography that I use to capture alot of, but for some reason its gotten away from me recently - I should really re-visit this style again.
the trailing circles, and how they area reduced in size as the depth is larger is how the shot is won.
intriquing graphism.
simple subjects made to look simply cool!
cheers

Hi Michael
I know this place and have been there twice with a camera, but taking larger views.
Nice crop with the small details of the water droplets.

Salut Michael,
Avec un peu d'imagination, la photo peut s'apparenter facilement à une carapace d'une créature préhistorique.
Bien vu, une prise très minimaliste mais assez impressionnante je dirais.

Couldn't stay away, I see! It's been a while, but you've given us yet another fresh take on this building. The geometry of this one is awesome, trailing back from the disc at the focal point, watching the gentle DOF take hold and blur the distinction between blue and silver near the upper right. Beautiful sense of depth, and crystal clear focus gives the disc in FG and incredible closeness; I feel like I could grab it off the building from here.

Hi Michael
Like big shiny buttons, and perfectly composed leading off into the top right. A really well seen close up of this unique place, and a great study of the building too.
All the best

Hi Mike,
Looking at your gallery I'm pretty sure that this building gives fantastic opportunity for photographers! Like this close-up a lot! The diagonal composition looks here really unique and creative. Well done!
