Don't overdo it though!!!

This shot was taken at the annual German Market in the centre of Birmingham - the chap is eating a macaroon from a stall which proclaimed to be selling the best there is!

There was a nice atmosphere there as the dusk began to fall - it even brought back a little of what i experienced as a kid on these streets - but then on this evening, as the sound of a Bavarian Brass band struck up a tune, the strong German beers were also starting to flow it seemed!

I like the little touch of cream on the tip of his nose. :-)

Hi Kev. Most portraits that we see on TE are of native people in exotic locations - so full marks to you for posting something closer to home (although I suppose you could say this is a native of Birmingham?) Technically very well executed. I enjoy the variety in your gallery. Cheers . . . David
