Your thumbnail is really eyecatching since the gallery.
You've done an excellent use of the pier to get this strong graphical effect, it's perfectly composed.
The dam leads the eye to the lighthouse and you left a good place for this beautiful sky.
A plesant composition, compliments.

Hi Fara,
The picture is really nice and the composition is great. But the horizon is not 100% straight, and you could also have done with a polariser filter to give some punch to the sky. Good effort nonetheless.

Fara,
the beauty of this dynamic composition lays in its simplicity. Very good work. The fact that you did this tight crop isolating the curve in the sea starting at the lower right corner and completing it with the eye catching lighthouse makes this a strong image.
Very good work! Maybe using a polarizing filter to tone down the reflection in the water would have made the contrasts even better.
