Hello Himar
This is a very interesting shot. The shot is really busy, but I have never thought that to be a bad thing. The streaks of car lights are great, a good counterpoint to the sky.
The shot seems to have a quality issue - maybe from compression, or an action in photshop?
Anyway, good work.
