Photographer's Note
And did those feet in ancient time.
Walk upon Englands mountains green:
And was the holy Lamb of God,
On Englands pleasant pastures seen!
And did the Countenance Divine,
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here,
Among these dark Satanic Mills?
Bring me my Bow of burning gold;
Bring me my Arrows of desire:
Bring me my Spear: O clouds unfold!
Bring me my Chariot of fire!
I will not cease from Mental Fight,
Nor shall my Sword sleep in my hand:
Till we have built Jerusalem,
In Englands green & pleasant Land
William Blake's great poem always reminds me of the rolling hills of the Cotswolds. This isn't quite the Cotswolds, but rather the low hills about 5-10 minutes outside of Bath.
This shot was taken about 45 minutes before sunset.

Hello Clark - Your post raises many emotions in me, I am an confirmed Anglophile and Blake's poem always brings a lump to my throat. Coupled with the rolling landscape of the 'almost' Cotswold's (my birthplace) you have posted a real treat for me! Those green fields interspersed with the small coppices is beautiful with the sunlight and shade magnifying the beauty of the scene. Warm wishes for 2013 and TFS Rosemary
