Photographer’s Note

Oxford is famous for its boat races. Every college has its boat teams that fight against other Oxford colleges and -of course- against Cambridge.
Whenever a college wins a boat race, the paint it on their college wall. Sometimes just with chalk, sometimes very colorful as this one.
This picture is taken in Trinity college, whose 1st men team won against the male teams of Merton, St. Peter´s, Keble and Brasenose college in 2003.

Hello Nina,

I cannot believe that no one has acknowledged this imaginative shot, with the very good note. It brings back good memories (Hertford, my college at Oxford) is not mentioned among the four, but then it had better physicists than rowers. Warm regards, dear Nina, and a belated Season's Greetings. (The little boy in my last post that your critiqued is "Natural Blond's" brother.) In any event, I love this photograph!!!
