After Sunset
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Taken close to the mouth of Budle Bay, about half an hour after sunset looking almost directly north towards Lindisfarne in the distance. There were waves of about two feet in height breaking on the beach, but the use of a 15 second exposure has smoothed them out almost completely, leaving just a pale blue hint of the surf.
Post pro increased contrast by + 4, then sharpened. |

Hello Alex,
What a wonderful landscape. I love those blue shades. The reflection adds so much luminance in a place that was key for the compo.
Just brillant,
Gabriel
Hi Alex, composition is very good, I like the capture of those soft colors. The branch in the foreground add to the composition. TFS Iris

Reminds me on a loneliness. But beautiful loneliness, when you want to be alone.
Great shades on the sky and it's reflection on the water.
Hi again Alex
You have some super work in your portfolio.
A simple but effective shot. I like the branch in the foreground. It helps give the shot depth
Cheers
Mark
