Sunset on the bay

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Like any kid with a new toy, I couldn't wait to try it. (Mine just happens to be a Benbo Classic 1 tripod with a Manfroto tilt & pan head - Ł60 on e-bay). So as this evening was nice and fine, it was off to Budle Bay to catch the sunset whilst being plagued by swarms of midges. So here's the result. Post pro, I've increased saturation by 8 and sharpened.
(Does anyone know a sure fire way to cleans your sensor apart from taking to a dealer's? I'm getting plagued by dust bunnies at the moment, and seem to spend half my time cloning them out.) |

lovely image with fantastic colors, you've captured the tranquility perfectly. keep up the good work!!!
Wow! hard to believe this picture was taken along a British shoreline. Great colours and I love the wide panaromic view offered even though the image is not panaromic (maybe im not talking much sense, don't know..its been a long day so far!)
Hi Alex,
Very nice colors and light in the clouds.
Regards,
Didier
Budle never looked so good
Lovely shot Alex

Just got into digital and getting head round using my 20d. Someone said to me that film is the thing for landscape. This picture explodes that myth. Budle is the best place in Northumberland.
Try Warehouse Express for suitable cleaning material to cure the dust bunnies.
