Couples promenading along the beach north of the entrance to Whitby Harbour.
I saw that one couple lower was practicing some sort of dance move. I waited for the right moment to capture their action but also frame the shot to include the seascape and the other couples promenading along the beach.

una spiaggia enorme, punteggiata di persone che colorano e rendono viva la scena.
Bellissimo il veliero ancorato, proprio uno splendido quadro, tutto da osservare e apprezzare.

The would-be dancers certainly seem to be attracting a lot of attention! You have framed the shot very well, making good use of the graphical lines offered by the pier, and counterbalancing the dancers by the schooner moored just off shore. I like the light and cool blue tones of sea and sky. Clarity is excellent.

Hello Trevor - This shot brings to mind a bygone age when the Edwardian's liked to promenade along the seaside. I doubt if they would have done such and energetic dance move though! A quiet DL scene, I like the subdued colours very much.
Have a great day

I'm sorry that I missed this one. The dancing couple made me smile although I guess he's swinging her around (giving her a twizz as we used to say as children).Whatever they are up to they have attracted the attention of the other holidaymakers. This couple are placed to anchor the image. I like that the line of the pier and the tourist boat are on the same parallel.
