Yes, this is beautiful photo indeed. I like sky surface along with horizon ... Atmosphere is a bit ... "empty", I can feel something like being thrown away to the very end of the known world. But this field reminds me that I'm still within civilisation circle ... Very nice shot.
B&W is right choice here.
If it is ok for you, maybe you could consider giving us some more details about this shot ? I wish to read something :)
