Here is a shot looking across the Albert Dock, Liverpool.
The clock tower you can see is one of the two clock towers that are paert of the Royal Liver Building situated on the pier head, a world heritiage site. It is a Grade I listed building and atop each of these clock towers sits the mythical Liver bird, which you may be more familiar with both as a symbol of the city and as the badge on the shirts of the Liverpool football team. Unfortunately, you cannot see it on this shot.
This is, I think my only night time shot on TE. Hand held but I did brace the camera against a giant fixed chain which stops you from falling into the dock. It seems to have worked ok as a substitute for a tripod.

I miei complimenti.
Ciao e buona giornata

a very elegant and attractive composition with well rendered symmetry in the vertical frame. The symmetry, the dark backdrop and the perspective into the street ahead enhance the sense of depth. What I like the most is the way the bright and rich colours stand out in the beautiful evening ambiance. The shapes and colours are very intriguing and make an almost kaleidoscopic effect. You have marvellous ideas and opportunities for pictures at this place and I think that a tripod would make much more possible. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,

This is wherei leave my comfort zone, I cannot succeed yet with night shots, so again a treat tO e a crystal clear reflection like this, and combined with it being a nice shot. Excellent placement of the orange clock face on in the shot too. I am seeing Liverpool on a whole new light through hour gallery, and it reminds me that it's only on the other side of the Irish sea. I'd love to see these sights you are showing us someday.

difficile capire quale sia il diritto o il riflesso, la qualità è veramente eccellente, come anche l'esposizione.
Complimenti, una gran bella serie di scatti.

a darker and more moody shot this one, but still full of wonderful elements and light plus of course the beautiful mirror reflections to make it so attractive. Executed and presented perfectly. Strange how the darker skies have produced just a tad more noise at ISO 500 which was not so with the lighter shots! Interesting....
Have a great weekend - Brian.

Beautiful shot ! The reflections are very nice and the symetry is perfect. I am surprised you used no tripod for this one ! Did you try the same in horizontal format ?
Have a nice week end,
