I was accompagnying my daughter to the day-nursery to get my grand daughter. While they were preparing, I saw this young boy with a football game, and I dare to take quickly this shot, thinking that maybe he was preparing a future world cup.
England, England.....!! Not really exciting this year!

Claude, this is the way to do it..here in Rio and every place that I've been outside Rio everybody is playing soccer, in the streets, in the mud, at the beach, in their yard..little kids to teenagers, to adults..Latin American Teams more and more have very young players, some of them are 20 years old..
As far as the European Teams being on the downside this year...I think that it is a great honor to participate as well..so all Teams who participated are to be honored and respected for their hard work...This is a magnificent World Cup that has united all people here in Brasil to an endless fiesta and it is nice to see that countries are supporting other countries not only theirs...
thanks for sharing this beautiful picture!!
may the best win!! (of course after Brazil's victory over Chile today, everybody believes that the Copa belongs to Brazil....we just have to wait and see...)
all the best

Ahaha, this is great...and obviously well timed! :) Looks like a little one in the making for a career in football, his mind is already focused on the sport. Smart thinking to grab this shot, it's rare to see such an infant on the TE pages that's not accompanied by a mother or guardian. Very nice work on originality and achieving this candid result that should bring a smile to everyone. Bonne journee.

Hi Claude. Great moment and I am sure that he will make better decisions on the game than most of the referees we have seen so far.The tilt in the photo adds to the boy's involvement. Best wishes. Klaudio.

hehehehe what a little cutie! Oh he's beautiful, I wouldn't be able to stop kissing him! A beautiful angle you've used, wonderful colours and good light. but the star of the show is of course this little man playing his foozball in readiness for the World Cup. Who knows, hopefully he will play (but not bite) like Suarez??

With the World Cup fever hitting all over the globe alike, the child is also not left out.I love to see his concentration to score goals.I wonder if he would grow up to become another Messi ,Neymar or maybe Rooney.Great job done.Keep sharing.
