I'm not sure the road name, or anything, This is just across the thames from the london eye.
The photo was taken from the down ramp of the bridge.
Post Processing: Adjusted levels a little.

Nice night time shot.I wish you had slightly turned left to include illuminated London Eye
I am fond of night shots but I could not be there to get night shot of London Eye.
