Very attractive B&W picture, skilfull try!
I suppose that you zoomed quickly and recorded only the wide and long lens exposure.

Great shot. It reminds me of old dada experiments, Man Ray, etcetera. There's an appealing kind of retro-futuristic feel to it. The title adds another dimension to it. Thumbs up from me.
