This is a sculpture at the entrance to the British Museum. It was very difficult to get the shot without anyone being in it. It was an overcast day, as was our entire visit to London.

Yes grey/rainy days = museumdays - a fine capture of this artwork which hard to overlook visiting British museum - You got this shot in a good angle and was lucky to get it without people - thanks Alex - one for the theme.

I agree that there's nothing outstanding about the shot, but I definitely like the subject - I've never seen this piece of art b4. Thanks for sharing it.

Belle photo avec un cadrage classique mais ça passe qu'en même.
Je vous mets WS pour la netteté qui n'est pas très bonne.
Les couleurs me font penser à une bichromie : bleu et marron s'associent très bien.

Definately nice when you can capture a shot like this without tourists hanging around. Good composition and size of the picture. I like it.

Looks like a sculpture by Igor Mitoraj to me.
I had the chance to see a few in Paris last December.
Nice composition with the verticals of the face, the pavement and the stairs against the vertical columns.
I also like the balance between the irregular (organic) form of the face and the rigid symmetry of the surroundings.
