Photographer's Note
Houses of Parliament, London
The business of Parliament takes place in two places, the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Parliament exists to challenge the work of government, approve new laws and debate government policy and current issues.
Westminster Hall is a striking building and is officially a royal palace. Standing on the banks of the river Thames the Parliamentary buildings hold many important historical stories, most famously Guy Fawkes.
Big Ben towers 96 metres high in the sky overlooking Westminster and is open for tours for UK residents who have made arrangements with their MP. Unfortunately overseas visitors cannot climb the 393 steps to the top.

Hello Csaba,
A very pleasing composition that exudes peace and quite. The silhouetted buildings look splendid against the evening sky complete with the lovely puffy skies. Nice to view.

Hi Csaba, an excellent caoture of the Houses of Parliment and Big Ben. The dark frame enhances the dark silhouette.. very well done congrats Rich

The famous Big Ben clock and the Parlament. A nice counter-light photo. Do you know why the clock has his name?
Your photo is a certain peace, I like this mood.
Thanks

Bonjour Csaba
Le parlement est magnifique en ombres chinoises. Cette architecture mérite d'ętre vue sous tous les angles et ŕ toutes les heures du jour et de la fin de journée.

Hi Csaba
clever silhouette of the Palace Of Westminster, its majesty stands out proudly in your shot. Looks like a comet in the sky. Love the way that you have used just enough light to bring out the clock face of Big Ben and also Westminster Abbey. Clever image.

Sorry Csaba - run out of smiley faces again.

Szia Csaba!
Láttam WS változatodat, hát, hová lettek az aranyló fények? ... alig hagytál valamit a naplementéből, inkább kora délutáni fotónak tűnik ... :)
Kellemes estét/aranyló fényeket!

Hi Csaba.
A wonderful backlight that very clear mark the beautiful shapes of the towers of Parliament. The sky has beautiful colors, the bright light on the water of the river gives a nice touch to the picture.
Good management of light and a beautiful natural color.
Best regards.
Luis.
