Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken from inside the Nike store on the third level, while looking out of the window. This is a view of Oxford Circus. Oxford Circus is where all the action is. It is one of London's busiest streets.

Oxford Circus is right in the middle of the one of the world's most famous shopping boulevards, Oxford Street. Now up and down both these streets, you can find anything you need from Scottish kelts, to cheesy tourist souveniers and of course, jerseys from every football team in England.

**Post Pro: Closer crop (removing soem sky and left hand side), lightened a bit, and unsharp mask. Oh ya, and added a border!

Could have been a little bit bigger to make it easier to see detail in some of the buildings. I like how you got several of the 'Routemaster' double decker buses in the photo (the ones with a conductor and no doors), rather than the newer buses - did you do this on purpose? If so, well done! If not, happy accident!

good shot of a familiar site, you have captured the business of it rather well, and I like the light. This would be a good shot right now after dark with all the Christmas lights. Incidentally Oxfird circus is my least favourite spot in London, becasue of how packed it is with shoppers and tourists!

Nice pic. Really gives the feeling of a busy street. I like the composition a lot with this handrail just on the corner of the street leading our eye towards the street and buses.
