Don't think it's working - you've managed to remove all the detail from BigBen, whilst leaving the grain in the sky!

In DeviceNoiseProfile, select the sky, and then RoughNoiseAnalyser. Then go to the OutputImage tab and click Apply, that should do it.

Too heavy on the old Neat Image. But more importantly, this looks like a great piece of planning. I was there a few months ago (no camera that day unfortunately) and I noticed that with the constant rotation (though slow) any good shot would have to be planned in advance.

Try going back to your original and taking another stab at noise reduction. Dodging those lights may also help, as they're a bit blown out.

I find this simply magnificent photo by its colours and composition. I pass besides Neat Image and I look the city.
Je trouve cette photo tout simplement magnifique par ses couleurs, sa composition. Je passe outre Neat Image et je m'imprègne de la ville.
