[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Battersea Power Station is an enormous building in London.
It was first built with only Two Chimneys on opposite sides . Later on a second Building was added and the Power station was actually two power stations in a square configuration.

The Site supplied 1/5 of London Electricity and continued working until 1983.
It's now being redeveloped has a Commercial complex. You can check for more information on these new developments at this site.

This picture was taken from the Eurostar Train ( connects Brussels-London in 2h15 via the Channel Tunnel). That's why the white reflection in the middle !!!!

Hello Pedro!
You were lucky that you could take this photo from the train. This building is magnificent, the POV and cropping are good. However the reflections were disturbing so I removed them, see my workshop.

hi Pedro,

This building is used on the front of the Pink Floyd album "Animals". Nice photo of the factory. When i see this i remember when i was 16 years and passed it on a "normal" train to London, very surprised to see this factory because PF was one of my favorite groups.
great photo, greetings, inn
