Photographer’s Note
I found it - the secret place which rubbish goes to die in the natural world - in a small offshoot of the Grand Union Canal/River Soar on the edge of my hometown of Loughborough. An early morning walk revealed this little seen site - I felt enormously privileged to be one of the few human beings to witness this extraordinary phenomena. Although....I have heard it has been known in other parts of this beautiful world!

Good capture of a rubbish graveyard. It's colorful, patterned, accidently found and totally disgusting, a reminder of what is carelessly thrown away does not just vanish.

such a ghastly but a good idea behind the photo and an interesting tongue in cheek comment to go with it. The presentation is very good and yes, we have them in abundance in out part of the world too.
Cheers

Kev,
Not a pleasant image to look at, but it is a good depiction of many of the troubles our earth if facing, irresponsible people leaving behind their ugliness in the world. Art and photography can be a good form of communication to bring awareness and outreach to the general public to protect our beautiful and fragile environment. I only hope more people will see this image, perhaps a poster of it in the city, off course we are make more trash printing it. Sometimes people don’t know that this exist somewhere where we do not see. We all have this “Out of sight, out of mind” attitude, we all have to work just a tiny bit harder to recycled and that will make a big difference. Here in the U.S. Tabs water are safe to drink, so I never buy bottled water.
Thanks
Way
