Wooow Stephen!
This one is excellent!
Amazing how you made it possible handheld.
Great colours, light and reflections on the rain-wet tarmac.
This is the Blackpool I know well!

This is another good capture of the street scene as with one of your previous shots. The point of view captures the line of buildings and lights well with the tower in a good spot. I like how the tower seems to have no substance except the strings of lights outlining it. I think this would also be nice in a longer exposure, with a tripod. Not too long of an exposure, just enough to capture a bit of motion blur of the people walking by and a bit of a trail of the bus. It would make it really dynamic with the perspective that is also visible from here. Well photographed non-the-less being so dark but still capturing it so well hand-held.
