Photographer’s Note
What a start to the day! Alarm at 4:30am, arrived near location at 5am, and then a half an hour of walking until i arrived here.
Brading Marshes is an area of land that is at sea level, therefore it gets plenty of early morning mists.
In this photo i was stood on the edge of a some woodland (that was filled with bluebells) looking northwest across the marshes, but i felt like i was in the African Tundra, and i could easily imagine a lion creeping across the field!
I used no filters and only a slight S in the curves in post processing.

Hello Jamie
Indeed,what a start of a day!.
That tree makes the impression of African Tundra.
Nice atmosphere.
From my point of view...much much better as natural instead of the use of I don`t know which filter creating effects and saturated colors, fake colors actually...looking unnatural.
Nature is beautiful how it is...no need to fake it or...etc,etc.Nothing against of the use of filters BTW.
It`s a beautiful morning...very well done.
My kind regards

Well done Jamie! I can imagine what you felt there, because it is coming from the pictrue to me too. You didn't capture just a picture, you captured a breathing atmosphere. Good job. Regards Jirka
