And this is a beautiful house with a thatched roof, not far away from the village called Chipping Campden and below a copy of my previous comment:

The region of Cotswolds has 3 stars on the Green Guide of Michelin « Great Britain » and they are not mistaken.
In the Middle Age, the wool of the sheep on the surrounding hills has brought a prosperous business and the merchants have built houses with the local stone with colours of silver, cream and gold.
Chipping Campden is one of those charming villages with its main street built between the 14th and 17th century.
“Amongst the houses of High Street, many are opulent; however, more than the particular beauty of each of them, it is the harmony of the whole that impresses” (translation from the Green Guide)

Salut Estelle

Hello Estelle,
I wish i would live in such a beautiful house.
I like your close look to the house, allowing to enjoy every detail and you have still managed to include the flower pillows in the foreground.
Well done
Bet regards
Romana

Bonjour Estelle,

Hello Estelle.
This is a very appealing photo of a lovely old house. You captured it in a superb light and the careful composition places a nicely angled corner with flowers in the foreground. The sharpness is great and the colours look very natural.
I think I passed through quite a few villages in the Cotwolds about 12 years ago, but don't remember this one.
Regards,
Andrew

Hello Estelle!

Salut Estelle

Bon dimanche. A bientôt,
Karine
