All the lines on the sand seem to converge towards the sun.
A very good composition

Hi Benjamin,
A lovely tranquil mood to this image with the colours providing a very soft and attractive look across the frame. The slight orange/pink colour of the rising sun provides some contrast to the silvery/blue tones elsewhere. Your choice of slow speed has creating nice movement of the receeding water on the beach. The branh adds the interest to the foreground. Very well done.

Superb shot Ben;
An image like this just speaks volumes about the photographer. Dedication as this is not one of those shots you just walk up and snap- careful timing and planning went into this and it shoes. Excellent foreground subject, the shot would not be 1/2 as good without it.
How do you keep your tripod legs from rusting up in the salt water?
Well done!

Benjamin- So amazing!!! Sunset is fine, but the effect produced by the away going waves is so appealing. I appreciate the natural colors (which may simply be saturated in pp to kill this pure image...)

Hi Benjamin,
great image, I like these ambiances on the border or the sea, the longer exposure, and the foreground tree.

My oh my! I get tired of all the sunsets, but this one I will never tire of. Incredible shutter speed, POV, and depth.
Cheers!

Hi Ben,
I stumbled aross this After clicking on "Essex" and I'm glad I did. It really is a beauty and to think it was taken at Walton! Just shows how a bit of dedication to get up can yield tremendous results.
Cheers
Matt
