Photographer’s Note
Hello everyone, following on from my other views of streets in Saffron Walden,I wanted to share this picture.
This row of houses is looking a little worse for wear, with moss growing on the roof.
I liked all the details of the building, and even if not as neat as some of the houses in other streets,I felt it still had some charm.
This street is on the way north out of town.
I appreciate your critiques and comments.

Hello Jean,
Oh yes, the houses definitely have their own charm. That iron gate in the right house is a nice detail. A good POV and very natural looking colours. Perfect sharpness. TFS.

Hello Jean,
This little terrace of cottages is delightful and has been captured with sharp focus and excellent details. Im fascinated by the differences in the old cottages though they seem to be the same age.
I hope they are not on a flood plain as they seem vulnerable to flooding!
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

This one looks ripe for renovation, or maybe just a lick of paint. Despite the cloudy sky there seems to be a little sun and shade. Technicals are all spot on. Well done

Hi Jean
interesting to see different styles of houses in different parts of the country, as part of these houses are underground. Like the composition, and the textures.

Une belle perspective avec une exposition bien gérée malgré le ciel gris clair mais nuancé.Une image de qualité avec de bonnes textures du toit.
Bonne journée.

Hello Jean, I love those old houses.
If there is moss on the roof it means that it needs to be changed.
Good pov, nice colours and sharpness.
Maybe a little breathing space on top of the chimney would be even better.
Belated thx for your great comment on my photo.
Take care.

Hi Jean,
I appreciate this Saffron Walden series of yours.
Once the again : striking perspective, great light management and definition. The moss is bad news for roofs but sure nice to see, and those grey skies perfectly complementary to the shot in this case. GOOD JOB!
Have a nice sunday, see ya around.
Ciao,
Fulvio.
