[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Five trees along the bank of the River Stour near Dedham in Essex. The river moves very slowly along here, and acts like a huge mirror.

This was taken just after sunrise, and I love how red the trunks of the trees go when the sunlight hits them.

Thanks for looking.

very good mirror

Hello Benjamin! Do I have a déjà vu ... Just kidding, I love this "same same" version with a notch different light, and bang, something new is right there. I just love this group of trees, and I guess you can return a hundred times and it never ever gets boring. Very nice work again, I really like it. Enjoy your weekend, maybe trying out this group again? Barbara.

PS. I do the same with a little hill and some bushes and trees where I have my weekend home, for some years now actually, and it is quite exciting what comes out although my boyfriend sometimes thinks I fill up the PC with a lot of same same's :)

Hello Benjamin,
Well spotted those trunks
and the reflection is just great

Wonderful view. Looks a bit like a bug cut in half by the horizon line. Thank you for showing. Regards.

Hi Benjamin,
very intersting composition. I like the differences between the trees and the reflection. Very well done!
Cheers

Hi Benjamin

I saw your last submission by the title "Winter Skeletons" with a very same shot but in different time. Now the tree looks very much alive. Good shot and a very nice Composition and a great POV too.

Regards,

Lopshang.

Very nicely done Benjamin. A good balance here with symmetry all round. The light is superb. Well done for getting uop at sunrise.

Hi Ben,
I think you should add this to the humorous category to.. I mean, what happened? It's as if the four trees have ganged up and pushed the ugly duckling out of the nest! Poor thing! A very pleasing shot no less, with vibrant and pastel colours and a good composition. The centrality of the shot works well and I really like the way the grass changes from a green to a yellow, presumably (?) where it hasn't been walked over allowing the older stems to remain.
Nice work :) Casper

Hello Benjamin,

Reflection is superb, like from a mirror. Excellent light management and very good sharpness shows all details in untouched, natural colors that I like a lot too. Congratulations.

Best Regards,

Ertugrul
