[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I went to Frinton-on-Sea this morning, more as a location scout than to take any shots - the weather report was not promising at all.

Surprisingly though there was a rather nice sunrise, although if I'd known that I'd probably have gone somewhere else as Frinton has a very typical British sea front, with flat sand, lots of groynes and not much else.

It took me almost 40 minutes of walking the beach to find these ripples, luckily me finding them co-incided with the best part of the sunrise!

Thanks for looking.

Hi Benlamin, lovely composition you get with this low POV showing well the sand shapes. Great depth and grafic effect. Perfect DOF

The horizon looks a little off, but everything else is nice. The colors and dof couldn't be better.

Hi Ben, nice low-tide composition with the transition of colors from this PoV. The curves of the ripples are really attractive...Thanks for sharing...Alex

Good texture and pattern. Well composed with the breaker as a focal point.
