[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Gordon Scott - one of England's finest spoon players doing his thing at home on an afternoon. He is motionless, expressionless - except for his lightning fast hands! A charming salty dog from the shores of Brightlingsea.

Thanks for looking, TW

Hi Tim. Great portrait. Excellent BW conversion and good handling of light. The low POV shows not only the mans forte but I feel that we are looking up to the man, perhaps with respect? Nice work and thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.

Excellent POV. He is sharp and his spoons are in motion. I wonder how many times he has been photographed.I like the B&W presenation.
Phil

Wonderful documentary shot Tim. Well chosen POV and some effective motion blur on the spoons. A dieing art captured for posterity.

Best regards, Roberto

Hi Tim,
You have here a perfect pov ! Very nice b&w capture, well composed.
By the way, did you know, that we have here in Turkey a similar habit. Mixed group of dancers (both man and women) in traditional dress makes a big circle and start clapping their spoons (allways pair of wooden spoons in both hands) while they turn around their own axis and move slowly forward.
The habit comes from Taurus mountains of south Turkey and imitades the "clapping" sounds of partridges !
TFS and best regards

Hi Tim
Nice portrait with a nice shooting angle and interesting note!
If it wasn't for the note it's difficult to identify the spoon.
Good work

Regards, Alex
