Beach Huts
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Yes, you've seen them before - the typical English Riviera Beach Huts. These ones are in my village - Brightlingsea and they are a staggering 10,000 pounds each these days - and those are the cheap ones that are rotten and falling apart! You can pay up to 40,000 pounds for them!
A pretty large chunk of change for an old shed!
Thanks for looking,

They look very nice even if they are not as colourful as the ones in Melbourne.
The light colours of the huts give a good contrast to the heavy and dark clouds above. The POV is very nice and that big diagonal is an excellent element of the composition. Well done.

Hello Tim
this is a nice composition and the sky provides a welcome change from the usual beach huts under a blue sky type of image.
Thanks for sharing

reminds me of Isle of wight...
great shot.. :)
Hello Tim,
You're right....40 000 pounds seems a bit steep for one of these, but I suppose, as the saying goes, "location is everything" !! I like the fact that the colours are all pale tones which seems to make the photo that much more in balance with the grey, ominous clouds. Nice close POV and overall a very good result.
