wellcome to TE David..:) I guess this summer's unusal weather brought very many lovely sky pictures here (ask Line-"Burnham" for example)..
very nice silhouette, but maybe dark part at the bottom could be a little less...

I feel that it's just too dark, i think it would be more effective if we could see the foreground buildings.
Good idea for a picture with very good clouds' structure, but you left too much dark part at the bottom of the frame you should crop at the bottom and the left frame, because in the left there is a building that not belongs to the the frame that you built.
