[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
May 1st, Spring? Just after a night of rain, the clouds were beginning to clear, and I was treated to some fairly dramtic skies.
This was taken on the River Blackwater estuary, there are reamins of oyster beds along this river. I think this breakwater was to do with them.
Converted to monochrome in raw, levels tweaked and a bit of dodging and burning.

I like your composition here and the image definitely works well in B&W, but in my opinion the lighting is just a bit flat. Would have been good with some strong side-lighting producing some long shadows from the breakwater, and maybe a slightly lower viewpoint might work better.
