Photographer's Note

What drew me to this shot was the fact that spring is the only time of the year that these cliffs have any other colour than their usual stark contrasty caused by their chalk composition. The white cliffs in the distance are the 'Seven Sisters', which are the beginning of the geological formation which runs to Beachy Head.
