Photographer's Note
The roof and gable of Medina House a property built in 1894 as a ladies' Turkish bath. Lying on the seafront in Hove, East Sussex, England, this ornate and wonderful property has been empty and neglected for quite a few years now, the only residents pigeons. There have been rumours of restoration and demolition, so its future as a pigeon roost hangs in the balance. I hope someone restores what is a building full of charm and character.

Hello Brian ,
This is another excellent capture . The architectural subject and the striking contrasts of colors were attractive , the presence of the pigeons is a real bonus .

Hello Brian,
It would be a pity to see this building disappear following in the footsteps of others that suffered a similar fate. Your point of view is perfect to creature the interesting geometric lines and make use of the lovely sky as a backdrop. Very good rendering of colours and textures.

Ciao Brian
bel taglio di foto, la scusa dei piccioni è buona per mettere ben in mostra questa architettura.
Ottimi colori e buona saturazione.
Saluti

Ciao Brian,
Ciao e buona giornata

Hi Brian
Beautiful light and colours with the pigeons trully icing on the cake. I really like how those three are placed around the window.
Friday tomorrow! :)

Hello Brian,
This is terrific - a wonderfully symmetrical composition (even although the pigeons have not been quite so obliging in as much as they have not arranged themselves exactly symmetrically) with some lovely vibrant colours and excellent lighting and contrasts.
Again, a blue sky seems to have followed you to this place. I love the symmetry and the fine "graphic" style. As always, the picture is technically perfect with stunning sharpness.
Fabulous!
Kind Regards,
John.

Hello Brian,
I concur with your hopes for this building to be restored. It looks so very iconic and if it was to become anything like the Turkish baths in Harrogate, a great tourist pleaser.
This has all your hall marks for appreciation of shape, colour, close details and fine composition.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Beautiful photo of a gable of a building, nice light and symmetry, but pigeons do not care about symmetry :)))
