Photographer's Note

Built in 3 stages, the Royal Pavilion in Brighton served as a spa and trysting spot for The Prince of Wales, George IV. The current version was developed between 1815 and 1822 and is described as "Indo-Islamic" in style. Today, around 400,000 people visit the Royal Pavilion each year.
