Some tips when posting on TE:
Use the maximum allowed format on TE (800 pixels wide or high and 200K) for better quality photo's. This one is only 50K which makes you lose a lot of the original sharpness and quality.
Sharpen up the picture after reducing its size to TE format. By reducing the size dramatically (like from 8Mpix to 200K), you allways lose a lot of detail. Therefore sharpening a little bit is allways a good idea.

I like your capture a lot and the way that sun is passing through the clouds and reflects into the surface of the water.Is it in London?Nevertheless, I have to agree a bit with wauterw.
