Photographer's Note

This is a rugged place on the Devon/Cornwall North border. It was originally formed as glaciers from the Devonian period met those of the Anglian period, and the rocks in the background were pushed on their sides as well as being compressed, hence the striations.

I took this on a horrible day in late April, in between rain showers, in high winds. I just managed to rest against the wall you can see.

I'm really new to photography altogether, so any comments welcome.
