I like it too, Bob.
The cropping is good. I like the hints of sunlight, the colourful leaves contrasting with the very dark ones, the moss on the wet rocks, the way the line from the bright top left corner to the brilliant water in the foreground is parallel to the central tree. And the single orange leaf on the rock!

Where were you stood when you took this shot?
I love to see moss covered trees and stones, and there are plenty here.The rushing water is well captured.
Well managed light too.
