To focus the element on the right side and to have a blurred background is a nice idea! It gives your picture a very special mood. Well done!

Hi Stephen.
I can see what you are trying to do and I often try for the same detailed closeup. Can I suggest that the background is maybe a little too distracting. It might be better by cropping closer even as much as keeping the top right quarter only! Having said that I do like it as it stands.

Welcome Stephen,I do like what you have done with this shot, the metal work in the f/g is very sharp, and I like the blurred effect in the b/g, which makes us ask a question about the buildings.Good detail with the drops of water.
