Another shot of bluebells in a wood, but a different wood.
Here we are in the grounds of Renishaw Hall in Derbyshire. The grounds are famous for their beautiful natural display of bluebells each year.
The hall is privately owned but the gardens and woodland are open for the public to wander around.[There is a charge.]

These have to be the best bluebells that I have ever seen, such a vivid blue. They looked fabulous as they made such a thick dense carpet, a photograph just does not do them justice!

Thanks for your visit.

Hi Jean. Pretty and a commendable ode to Spring. It really conveys the gentle beauty of the English woodlands.Regards. Klaudio.

once again a nice place full of blue flowers, the lower POV is very good

Poetic image indeed, a bit bucolic but with beautiful flowers and over all good skill in DOF and composition, well done Jean, compliments.
Ciao

hello Jean,
hurray, its bluebell time! You have a cracker here. I especially like your low POV, showing us the beauty of the British bluebell. ( I heard on the radio that naturalists are concerned about it being overrun by a continental variety - straight stems/wider bells). Your composition is spot on too, using the thirds rule very succesfully.
best regards
Bev

Hi Jean,
It's me with daisies and poppies and you with bluebells. I think I had never seen these flowers in the wild. They make a nice colour arrangement with all that green. Nice POV, clever and pretty DOF.
Regards, José.

Hello Jean,

ce parterre d'iris est très beau ! Belles couleurs, avec notamment un très beau vert.
Bon we
Marie

Hi Jean
J'aime beaucoup cette photo et son angle de prise de vue.
LEs couleurs se marient bien
Bien vu et bien pris.
Georges

Jean,
the image has a pretty good sharpness and gets quite soft to the background. No wonder with a f/4. I guess that it must have been your intention to do it that way. Did you also try a closer shutter to give have sharpness through out the whole image?
Peter

Hi Jean

i like the fact that you have put the focus on this one to the front and the rest slightly out, works very well for this one, very nice

Regards
Derek
