a very sereen scene. there are so many things to capture a viewers attention. the boats are unique and beautiful the birds add lots of motion and interest to the scene and the rainbow rests so well in the background drawing your eye into the frame. lighting and exposure are wonderful. very nice image.

it is zo wondeful, all what can happen happens, there is so much to see.
it is a open door, (in dutch we say so) but is the right place on the right moment.
what equipment ? analogue, digital. shutter, aperture ?

it's a nicve shot .. but the mettalic barriers break a few the beautiful view ( boat+rainbow+brid ) , can do you do a RP with try to remove this unfriendly item ?

In my humble opinion, the rainbow is not the main subject in this pic... but this incredible light !!!
The white birds are enhancing the beauty of the scenery. A great image indeed, congratulations.

Beautiful after-rain autumn colours with the added bonus of the rainbow. I'm partial to the photos you can get in light like this, I must admit ;-)

wow, how did you manage to use light so cleverly? boats are in the focus and in the light, the rest is not, the birds add a touch of life to the otherwise still picture, and the icing on the cake is the rainbow! beautiful colours and very well done picture.

Aah, the Lake District again, which you've captured very well, nice weather-colours of the dark clouds and the boats in a sunshine, I like the many birds flying in your shot, pity of some details as the iron fence, but it's not always possible to avoid, I know...

A great angle with the birds, rainbow and boats. I did one here later in the day, but decided to skip over the birds as they were tense (some kids were throwing stones in the water just before).

you menage the light very good. birds are giving the mouvement to this peaceful place. the rainbow is in good position, i would like the rainbow colour could be stronger. i know, there is nothing you could do :-)
