Hello Geof,
I have to agree with you here; sometimes the sky is the most beautiful and interesting thing you can see and you need a small piece of land just to put it in context. I love this with lots of billowing clouds at the bottom, slowly thinning out at the upper reaches.

That's an impressive and beautiful blue coloured sky. I like the cloud formations and the houses in the background are good details.
