Polperro is a village and fishing port originally belonging to the ancient Raphael manor mentioned in the Domesday Book. It is on the south-east Cornwall coast in south west England, UK. Situated on the River Pol, four miles west of the major resort of Looe and 25 miles west of the major city and port of Plymouth, it has a picturesque fishing harbour lined with tightly packed houses which make it a popular tourist location in the summer months. Parts of the harbour were rebuilt after destruction by a violent storm in 1817.

A very nicely composed scene with the little boats in the foreground and the houses rising terrace like behind. Good light and colours and excellent sharpness. Very appealing reflections complete a pretty composition.
