Yesterday we visited Bodmin Moor to see archaeologists painstakingly scraping away earth trying to find the Crystal Path which lies beneath the turf.It was discovered back in the 1930`s before being recovered with soil. It is believed to be the only example in the country linking as it does two circles of standing stones called The Hurlers which are Bronze Age Stone Circles.
The Hurlers are actually three granite stone circles that stand in a NE/SW line on Bodmin Moor, in an area that contains over 20 round barrows and cairns

A fine capture of this interesting scene. I like the point of view with the spectators in the background standing behind the fence. Light, colours and sharpness are all more than acceptable.
