Between The Rock, a photo from Cornwall, England

Photographer's Note

Driving down to Godrevy tonight is was raining with thick dark clouds. I almost turned back but decided to try and sit it out. Most photographs of Godrevy feature the lighthouse so I wanted to try something different, exploring the rocky area over from the golden beach I found this small clearing. I quite like the effect the sun has had on the lens.

I had three stops of ND grad on at f16 for 1.3 seconds. PP I removed a few bits of dusk and a small amount of rock overhang in the top left of the image. Critiques welcome especially regarding composition.

this is a fantastic shot! I love especially the light refelctions on the rocks in the bottom of the image, it´ s superb!

Very nice composition with great dof. The starburst sun and the color it adds is great. An underappreciated photo.
