Very difficult image and you did it well. Great composition and exposure control. I would however darken a small patch of green grass where your ND filter must have wore off. Well done.
Your gallery has delayed me by 20 minutes - every shot is worth inspecting!
I think this one is a poetic image and well-taken, giving a real sense of place. I'm not too sure about the dark area on the left, but that sky and rock are lovely.
