The River Flows.
Some lovely wet woods near Bodmin Moor - name escapes me but I'll look it up (sometime!).
The sort of scene that made me wish I was armed with a decent 35mm camera and some Fuji Velvia - had to make do with the 995, wide angle adapter and ND8 filter, held steady on a rock for 4 seconds.
It does give a very interesting perspective, I feel, with the foreground leaves no more than a couple of inches from the lens.

I love slow motion water shots, and this one I like a lot. Wonderful autumn colours and tones. I like the use of the leaves to give foreground interest and accentuate the depth of field. Superb shot.
Alex.

Fantastic composition... Almost like a fairytail with the silky water... Colors, light and details are exelent and I particually like the 'big' leaves in front... TFS... Ina...

Excellent POV and colors. Indeed, an awesome perspective. Added to my favs.

Hi Colin
Wonderful perspective indeed! A great POV over this scene, and good use of ND filter to give a long exposure and this mysterious, magical effect to the waterfall. Great work!

Hi Colin,
Very nice composition. Great capture of water movement. Good diagonal perspective. Well done.

Hi Colin, beautiful view!I love the colours, the composition is perfect, the point of view as well- I really like you can see so much here- from the leaves in the corner, to the mossy stones, the water which seems alive and is flowing there in front of me...Great shot!
greetings

What a great pic, congratulations. Autumn browns are great colours. I can almost hear the water flowing.

Hello Colin,

Fantastic shot!!!... showing the in focused golden leaves in the foreground is brilliant, very nice contrast against the green moss on rocks... the flowing water really added value to the image...

Bodmin Moore is in Cornwall and not Wales. Both Celtic nations so not to far off :)

Lovely photo I beleive it is of Golitha Falls.. I have looked for this places before but could not find it. Think it might be worth another trip!

Nice shot, well composed.
The depth also in the image is impressive.
Loads to look at and all very nice.
The slow water capture is something I have been dipping my toes into, and I really like to see well executed images using this technique.
The way you have dropped the water down the pecking order of interest is a good touch.
See what you think of my slo-mo water shots.
